I. Urinalysis

Leukocyte Esterase: Lysis of urine granulocytes, due to inflammation
WBC: More than 10 WBC/HPF
Nitrites: Due to nitrate-reducing bacteria
Bacteria: Infection or contamination
Squamous Cells: Urethra or external genitalia >3, probably contaminated.

Most Common Pathogens

Ecoli
Staph Saprophyticus
Other Gram Negative

Primary Care Discharge	To determine if scheduling a follow-up appointment using internet-based scheduling software for people who lack primary care doctors influences follow-up rates

Identifying Road Hazards for Cyclists	Identify road characteristics that may increase the risk of being injured while riding a bicycle
Tamsulosin Stone Project	Determine effectiveness of tamsulosin on the proportion of patients passing a kidney stone.
Multicenter trial of rivaroxaban for early discharge of PE from the ER	To compare the effects of rivaroxaban to standard for care for treatment of pulmonary embolism in low-risk patients
